Role overview
You’ll work closely with designers, strategists and motion teams to build premium visual identities and brand systems for modern businesses.
This role requires strong storytelling ability, strategic thinking and a deep understanding of how brands create emotional connection in digital environments.
Responsibilities
Define brand positioning and creative direction
Lead identity systems across digital and physical touch points
Collaborate with UI/UX and motion teams
Guide tone of voice and storytelling strategy
Present concepts and strategies to clients
Ensure consistency across all brand assets
Conduct competitor and audience research
Mentor junior creatives and designers
Requirements
5+ years of branding experience
Strong portfolio showcasing identity systems
Deep understanding of typography and visual storytelling
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Experience working with global brands or startups
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Preferred skills
Motion direction understanding
Experience with Framer or Webflow
Creative strategy experience
Knowledge of digital product ecosystems
